The Global360 Mission
Global360 is a leadership development program uniquely designed by and for those within our organization to help you grow in your leadership and professional career.
How It Works
Majority of the Global360 program will take place in an online community that each participant will have access to. There will also be live gatherings via Zoom with your cohort. Through online discussions, video conference calls, Q&A sessions, podcasts, and books, we anticipate you will learn and grow more than you ever thought possible.
The Cohort
You will participate in Global360 with a cohort of your colleagues from around the world. The larger cohort will be divided into smaller groups that you will meet with on a weekly basis to discuss what you're learning and ask questions.

Throughout the program, we will be providing you with an abundance of resources to stir your heart and challenge your mind. This will include books, podcasts, videos, live conference calls, and more.
developing others
While you participate in Global360, you will also be responsible for finding a small group of people that you can pour into and lead using the tools and insights that are gained throughout the program.
keeping up
We anticipate that Global360 will be fast-paced and challenging. Each month we will introduce a new theme and then each week of the month there will be assignments and resources given based on the theme. The Global360 lead team and your cohort are here to help you if you get stuck or fall behind.
How to Apply
Each year, participants will be nominated by previous years Global360 alumni and our organization’s global management team. Our goal is to identify up-and-coming leaders who will both benefit from Global360 as well as use the experience to enhance our teams and organizational goals globally.

For each applicant, we require one reference from a leader or mentor who has known you long enough to recommend you for the Global360 program. Use the button below to access the referral form to send to your references.
Fill out the application
Every participant is required to complete the Global360 application. We anticipate the application to take approximately 60-90 minutes to complete so make sure you carve out enough time to complete it in one sitting as it won't save your answers.
