Requirements

We want your commitment and we require your involvement. The Global360 experience doesn’t happen if you’re just a spectator on the sidelines. Everyone who’s accepted into the program must be a full participant. There will be group discussions online, a small cohort of people you meet with on a regular basis, reading assignments, videos to watch, podcasts to listen to, and gatherings to attend. We anticipate this program taking approximately 30-60 minutes per day.

To apply, you must meet these basic requirements: 

• You have served with our organization for at least one year.

• Are not currently enrolled in a Master's degree program (unless you receive written approval from the Academic Affairs department).

• Your profile must be in good standing.
• You must complete the application and submit your reference.
• Committed to serve with our organization for two years following completion of Global360.
