What's the timeframe?

The 2021-2022 cohort will begin virtually (via Zoom) in mid-October (exact date will be emailed in advance). We will take a month-long break in early 2022 and then kick off the next half of Global360 via another Zoom meeting. We will resume in March and complete the cohort in June 2022.

How are participants selected?

Selecting participants for each cohort involves a 3-step process. The first is through nominations submitted by the previous cohort and reviewed by the Global360 lead team. The second step is a thorough application that will be completed by each potential participant. The final step is reviewing references that each applicant asks other leaders to submit on their behalf.

What if I live in a sensitive area?

Our team will ensure that the content throughout the course is carefully filtered to accommodate the sensitive locations where many of our teachers and staff work. However, it is always in your best interest to access the Global360 online forum via your secure VPN.

What’s in it for me?

As with anything related to personal development, you get out of it what you put into it. We have tried to be realistic about the time commitment involved in participating in Global360. Throughout your time in the cohort you can expect to be inspired, challenged, and to grow in the following areas: Self Awareness/Self Leadership, Character Development, Spiritual Formation, Personal and Relational Rhythms of Health, and Leadership Skill Development.

How much does this cost?

The cost of Global360 has been generously covered by organizational donors who believe that our mission will be most successful when we invest in our people.

If I can’t participate now can I participate later?

There is no limit to how many times you can apply. However, we do request that participants only go through the course one time and don’t reapply after they have completed it.

Can spouses participate together?

Our expectation is each participant will fully engage and participate in all aspects of Global360. If work or family obligations would limit full engagement with both spouses participating at the same time, we ask that spouses apply to go through the program at different times. If only one spouse is participating, of course, you can share resources and what you are learning with your spouse.
