What is Global360?

Global360 is a leadership development program uniquely designed by and for those within our organization to help you grow in your leadership and professional career. The content is customized for our organization’s specific context and is designed to enhance your leadership skills, self-awareness, decision-making skills, and to grow your passion for where you are. Each month will center around a new theme with four weeks of practical content to help you dig deep into that theme and dialogue with your colleagues in the cohort. This is not an individual exercise. You will be going through all of the content alongside a cohort of your colleagues from around the world through a private online discussion forum to learn from others and dialogue about what you’re learning. Throughout the experience you will learn and put into practice applicable principles related to leadership and professional growth. Resources to guide our discussions and group projects will include: books, videos, podcasts, seminars with thought-leaders, and live video discussions with various leaders within our organization.

Global360 is for those who want to grow as a leader alongside other high-caliber colleagues who will compel them to reach higher than ever. It’s for people who are motivated and eager to learn and to be generous with their own ideas and experiences. Global360 isn’t a lecture, it’s an experience. We will all benefit from one another and, ultimately, raise the standard of excellence in ourselves, each other, and the organization as a whole.

We’re calling this Global360 because the program consists of members from our global family and we’re taking a 360 degree look at our lives and leadership potential in order to raise our whole selves to the next level.
